My witty response to the last pun!

   There was a man who had an intestinal problem, so he visited a
specialist.  "What seems to be the problem?" the doctor asked, and before
the man could reply, he passed gas making a loud noise that sounded like
"Honda!"
  "Wow, that's very unusual," the doctor commented, and he recommended a
series of unpleasant tests and procedures, all of which were unsuccessful in
determining the problem.
  Weeks later, the man went to his dentist, and while in the chair he passed
gas again, making the "Honda!" noise.
  The dentist said, "Wow!  Would you mind opening your mouth?"  After a
quick inspection, the dentist informed the man that he had a bad tooth that
was causing his intestinal problem.
  "How can that be?" the man asked.
  The dentist replied, "Why, everyone knows that abscess makes the fart go
Honda!"

MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
