Quincy founded Genom, and was born in 1962.  How young of an entrepeneur do
you want to make him?  Genom was established enough to be buying up land in
Tokyo in 2015, arranging for Dr. Stingray's death in 2022 for his Boomer
research (or Mason did), building Genom Towers around the world in 2024, and
causing the 2nd Great Kanto Quake in 2025.
