Here's another great story that has been ignored.
Yes, it's Yu Yu Hakusho.
Yes, it's 'yaroi'.
BUT... It's also tender, funny, and just plain beautiful.

So you haven't seen YYH? No problem.  Shannon focuses only on
two characters, and explains all that is needed to be explained.
In any case, the story focuses more on character than on background
or situation, so there's not much that one needs to know.

Each installment is gorgeous and brief - true mind-candy.  While on
this list, I've seen many 'fics dealing with lesbian or bisexual love,
with varying degrees of success, and even a few (heck, I wrote one!)
which dealt laughably with bestiality.  TBD, however, marks the first
time I have seen anyone deal successfully with gay love.

Don't worry - I've repeatedly told the author that the story shouldn't
be labeled a 'lemon'.  If anything, it's a lime (nothing TOO explicit,
yet), or a comedic half-romance. Richmeyer's command of characterisation
is obvious in every sentence, and the characters that are brought into
focus are WONDERFUL.

There's the playful Kurama, and the curious (though he won't admit it)
Hiei; a fox leading a donkey on a mental journey.  Together, they-

I can't think of what to say now...  

Best, I think, is to let you all read the story for yourselves.  Don't
let this gem pass you by - part eight has just been posted, and I'm
sured 'dragoncritter' is not averse to sending the previous installments
to those who missed them.

I whole-heartedly reccomend this 'fic, even to those of you who have
no idea what Yu Yu Hakusho IS.
