Was Hearts of Ice ever finished?

I finished part 12 a week or so ago, and am now furiously working on 
Part 13.   (There are tentatively 14 parts outlined to finisht this 
story, but Parts 13 & 14 each promise to be huge installments to 
finish this off.)

Do I need to repost part 12?  I sent it to the ML over the 
holidays...
