Introduction and Notes.


This is a somewhat revised version of the fanfic I started to post 
shortly before Xmas.

Due to some problems with the FFML (made worse for me by the non-
cooperation of my mailer), and the fact that I've made a number of 
changes (small, but affecting the context) as well as adding the next 2 
parts, I'm reposting the whole part of what I have done to date, in the 
hope of getting more C&C, as well as getting it to all those who de-
subbed over Xmas break (you lucky people, I was working....!!).
I've also broken it into somewhat smaller chapters, again to reduce 
mailer problems.

I'd very much appreciate comments, mail, flames, whatever on this..!
Positive or negative, public or private; I don't mind you telling me 
it's a load of **** as long as you tell me WHY you think that!

Anyway, for those who didn't read it earlier, this is mainly an Ah! 
Megamisama Fanfic, with insertion fic elements (and I guess infliction 
fic elements as well!!) as well as a crossover element (the protagonist 
of which doesn't appear until much later, however).

It's also pretty dark. As you will find out in the next part.. :) :)
Any cute fluffy bunnies found here are liable to be roadkill.

Although it does have a RealWorld-protagonist as part of the
storyline, I am/have/will be trying very hard NOT to make it an
Otaku-fic, i.e. no godlike powers, wisdom, etc...
Although its not exactly an insertion fic, or an infliction fic, 
although I suppose it does partake of elements of either.

And I do have a reason (fairly vital to the plot) of requiring
the insertion of a character not from the main universe who has
certain information (which is why a crossover character wouldn't have
been too easy for me to fit in)


A note on the characterisation of the characters (in particular 
Belldandy, Urd and Skuld).
I have tried to keep them in context with the manga & the anime 
(defaulting to the manga version where they differ a lot).
There is however, a premise which conflicts with the way the final anime 
came out; i.e. Belldandy is not about the same age as Keiichi.

These are the Norns, and the way they act and appear is merely the way 
they wish to appear in the human world. Granted, these 'disguises' do 
mirror their personalities, but they are only part of them. When pushed, 
they revert...

It also helps to read this if you know something about Norse mythology. 
I have scattered clues to who the bad guy(s) are, and you can work it 
out as early as part 1, if you are so inclined. If not, don't worry, I 
state it later on...  :)

Oh, and for the misspelling experts, I'm British, and this is not spelt 
in American, OK? :-)

All the various characters are copyright of their respective
creators, etc. etc. as usual.
