Since then, I get the impression China is getting more repressive,
although they'll (hopefully) never match Mao or the Gang of Four;
surely they'd never march 50 million men into the Nyannichuan.
For starters, 50 million men would not fit into the Nyannichuan....
But what if they did manage it (supposing everyone took turns)?
Due to the chaos of marching 50 million people in one valley, most of
them would fall into some other pool after they got out of the
Nyannichuan.
Of course, they could always _pipe_ the water out of the pool, and
rig a few mass showers. That would solve the problem nicely. And the
spirits demanding the sacrifices might be willing to go along with it,
since they'd get even more victims that way!
Ok. If Jusenkyo is run by semti, senti, senshi, intellegent spirits would
they be happy erasing the memories of 50 million guys? I wouldn't. I'd go
try to confuse the hell out of the people trying to circumvent my rules.
They're ghosts, they're petty.
Sorry about jumping in.

Heituenniichuan. It's not just for breakfast anymore.
Let me go check that. It might be misspelled.
