I called a few Microsoft help crews and told them about my current status, and 
severe dissatisfaction with my billing.  They were more than willing to give 
me a few refunds to keep me on MSN.  I won't be leaving for a while and anyone 
who was nice enough to start holding a backlog for me can do what they will 
with it.  Anyway I can get back to my reviewing now.  I'm not sure what to 
review next (I have accumulated a large list in the past two days) but you can 
expect a report tomorrow.
