The archive is alive and well, and what you've typed here is the right
address. I just checked it. Maybe it was some problem with your
server, or some temporary problem with the archive last night.

Considering that UBC.Ca is located in the lower mainland of BC which had
a record breaking snow fall on Sunday, I'm not surprised that it had
some problems over the weekend.  There may have been a line down 
somewhere.  The priority was finding stranded motorists and restoring
power lines before telephone lines.  The snow has now turned to rain, so
there may be flooding, causing further problems. If you can't get 
to the archives, try later after the weather has relented, or try
one of the mirror sites.

(I hope the weather is treating you more kindly than it is us. We get
snow about once every 4 to 5 years. We're more used to rain than the
white stuff.)
