To the members of the FFML:

For all of you who feel that there is anime beyond "Ranma et al" I
lucked out and found the *ultimate* [IMHO!].  I just bought all 3
volumes of the OVA "Here is Greenwood" and I am now wishing
to whatever God pleases you that it was a 200 episode TV series!

If you like anime that only has martial arts, mecha, swords, and/or
any of the other attributes common to the more mainstream anime,
HiGW is NOT your cup of tea.  However, it you like a shoujo-type
anime, with a lot of humor, pathos, and a very charming love story,
"Here is Greenwood" is what you've been waiting for - In My Not
So Humble Opinion ^_^.  My son [14] and I have watched all three
OVAs at least four times in the last week, and have cursed fate that
the Japanese have done it again!!!  They have a habit of developing
marvelous ideas (BGC, OMG, and too, too many others...) and then,
they only do 2-8 episodes of the title.  Oh well, better some then not
having any...

Any comments?  Flamers will of course be massively nuked since we
are dealing with "koi" here ^_^... [and I don't mean the fish ^_^].

Btw, I own ALL of Ranma [manga, dubbed, subbed, calendars, etc -
except the $3000.00 set of LDs, sigh] just to keep the record straight
that I am also a "True Believer" ^_^.
