Omne led Ranma down the stairs to his room, already fantasizing about the
excitement soon to (hopefully) occur therein.  Reaching the door, he
stopped, pushed it open, and with a grand gesture bade her to enter.

As the door swung open, he was startled by the emotions that swept across
Ranma's face, most of them having to do with abject terror.  Suddenly, she
was gone, and so was the wall opposite the bedroom door.  "What's wrong with
her?" Omne mused as he looked into the room, nothing seemed to be out of the
ordinary.

"Mew!" said D'ArchAngel from where she was sitting atop the bookcase...
