Just be careful you don't get lost in this thing. A Self-Insertion fic
within a self-insertion fic can be tricky.

Actually, I'm glad I actually read a bunch of stuff on the ML before I
tried to post, or I really WOULD have been this guy. Now that I've read
a bit, I understand why most people find self-insertion fics so
obnoxious... mainly because they ARE obnoxious, most of the time. There
are exceptions, but usually no one takes the time to write a GOOD
self-insertion fic.

Oh, and by the way, I've created a new genre in this field, which I call
a self-infliction fic, or anti self-insertion fic. It will be out on
Monday, if anyone cares (It's actually finished, I'm just getting my
proofreaders to check the grammer and spelling.).
