Tears shimmered in the old woman's eyes. "I...I didn't want to kill
my own sister. I had hoped...if I could modify the 119 to make it
irreversible...she would leave, and not come back. I...I failed." Her
eyes focused on her pupil. "Ranma, I pray you never know a situation
like that." She sighed, and straightened up to her full height.

By "sister", does she mean Blossom? Sister in the sense of fellow
Amazon? Or should we not know who she means yet?

Sister as in sibling. Something in Cologne's past which shapes her
personality a bit, but is not a major concern here yet, save the shampoo.

BTW, I did notice one thing wrong here. In the original manga, it's
formula 110 that wipes memory. 119 returns it.

Ranma arched an eyebrow. "Natsume and Kurumi?" Nabiki nodded.
Oh, THOSE adopted sisters. I never thought much of that particular
OAV, it'll be interesting to see what you do with these characters.

Oh well. I always liked the story, even if it is possibly against canon
(how could Happi have trained them if he was in that blasted cave?).

[snipping lots here -- I liked all of this but didn't find much to
comment on]
Kodachi Kuno's appearance had changed little since the carefree days
of her youth. The former gymnast still wore her hair in a long ponytail,
and still wore her preferred color of black, as demonstrated by the sable
dress she wore. The madness in her eyes was gone, though, presumably
disappeared the day she learned of her beloved's 'departure'.

That seems a little convenient. I'd like to know more about the
changes Kodachi went through, what caused her to give up her old ways.
[more snipping]

Sorry. It was hinted at in the first part.

If I couldn't find much to comment on, it's because I was too busy
enjoying it, too absorbed in it. Another great work in this series.

Thank you.
