O.K. Here's a New Moon ch.2

A New Moon:Chap. 2, Sailor Samurai Moon

	Usagi sat in the back of the wagon with the mayor rambling on about 
how important he was. She didn't care though, her mind was too busy trying 
to figure out what was going on. This was nowhere near home, she didn't 
know anyone who lived here, she was hungry, and something the mayor said at 
the beginning of their encounter was still bugging her.
"Yes, ma'am! Without me Systemia would brobably have taken over the whole 
world and killed all the scouts by now!"he said as Usagi started listening 
again, so she didn't seem rude.
"WHAT? SCOUTS? You mean SAILOR SCOUTS?!"
"Don't know of any other ones around here!"was his only reply.
"You have to take me to them!!"She said, almost histaracly
"Why? Do you remember something?"he asked.
"Umm, no, but those names seem really familliar!"
"What names?"
"You know, Mars, Mercury, Venus, Jupeter, Oh and can't forget Luna!"said 
Usagi while daydreaming of them back before this incedent when they were
shopping at the Juuban Mall.
"Well, Your in luck then! We have to pass by their camp anyway. They decided 
to make winter quarters over at the old McHenlly feild."said the Mayor with 
more than a little pride.

	Sailor Mars was haveing a bad day. First a bunch of idiot troopers 
think that since winter's here they can kill each other, than she finds out 
Tuxedo Mask went out on recconacense to see if Systemia was going to make
a last try for Holbrook without telling her. And now that idiot 
self-centered mayor was comeing over to her with an empty cart! Wait, 
scratch that. With a girl whose wearing PANTS?!?
"Sailor Mars! Sailor Mars! I have to talk to you!!"screamed the mayor while
waveing his hands and trying to get Sailor Mars's attention.
"I see you already! Now what do you want? and whose that girl?" Sailor Mars
let a little of her irritation show as well as some of her curiosity.
"That's what I wanted to talk to you about. That girl there just appeared in 
one of the farmers lots. She claimed to have lost her memory but she 
despritly wanted to see the scouts as well as someone named Luna."
At the sound of the second name Sailor Mars missed a breath. Noone but the 
scouts knew about Luna. She and Artemis were just the scouts pets as far as 
anyone else knew."Bring her in the meeting tent and be on your way. You! 
Soldier go find the other scouts and tell them to meet me at the meeting 
hall NOW! This is going to be a long day."The last was uttered for her ears
alone.

                              <5 minuetes later>
"So what's all the commotion about Mars? Why aren't we in the tent?"asked a 
very impatient Jupeter.
"Because of what is in that tent, There is a girl, about 14, blond hair in 
two ponytails."was Mars's reply
"So whats the big deal?"asked Venus who was stroking Artemis.
"How about the fact that she was wearing pants, claimed to have lost her 
memory, and even knows about Luna!"No dought about it Sailor Mars was 
steemed!
"What!! She knew about me?"asked Luna from underfoot <Bad pun sorry:o>)
"Hmmm, could she be a spy or even an assasin from Systemia?"asked a currios,
as always, Sailor Murcury.
"If so I say we fry her!"as once again Jupeter's impatiance showed through 
like a signal fire.
"Well perhps we should..."Venus never got to finish her sentince scince 
everyone's minds were stopped by an earsplitting wail of...
"WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Come on lets go inside and see whats happening!"shouted Mars when the 
ringing in her head stopped.
"Right! Everyone watch your back!"cautioned Mercury.
As the scouts enter the lage tent they see the 'assasin' lying on the floor 
where she apparently was crying. She had a big red mark on her arm where she
bumped it on the large wooden circular table in the center of the tent.
"I knew she was an assasin! No human could make a sound that awful! Quick 
lets get her!"shouted Jupeter. If you thought she was impatiant before there
was no stopping her now. Just as she was about to power up her lightning 
Usagi shouted out, "Wait it's me Usagi, you know, Sailor Moon, your leader! 
You can't kill me!" "Ha what a lie if your Sailor Moon then why don't you 
transform?"asked Mars "Because my brooch broke and then the crystal was put 
in it but now I gave the crystal to you guys when I was sucked into that 
portal!"Usagi said in as frantic and quick a speach as she had ever given.
"A very good story. Too bad it's all lies."that from a small black cat, so 
far unseen by Usagi.
"LUNA! What do you mean? It's the truth I swear it!"came Usagi's responce
"lier. if the brooch broke the crystal's energy would heal it. You wouldn't
need the crystal to remain in the brooch!"Luna remarked clearly angry that
someone would claim to be Sailor Moon.
Before the scouts could attack a voice from outside shouted,"Youma!! It's a 
sneak attack!"
"Come on scouts were needed more outside but watch your back on the way out.
You better come with us Luna."Sailor Mars to the lead.

	Outside was a disaster. People were running everywhere, tents had 
collapsed, a few people were injured or even...dead. Sailor Mars happened to 
see one of those bodies. It was the soldier that she had sent to get the
other scouts. The soldier that had trusted her completly, put his life in 
her hands. And now he was dead, and Sailor Mars would make sure the youma 
was as well. She spotted it a few yards away as it tore through yet another 
tent. It was completly blue and seemed to look like it should be a bear or
some other lagr animal. It was completely ignoring her. She would get it's
attention.
"Mars Celestial Fire SURROUND!" and with the sacred incantation come a 
volley of super heated rings of fire. They hit the youma and it seemed to 
take more damge than most. It turned to Sailor Mars in a furry and shot an 
energy sphere at her. She in turn countered with a,
"Mars Fireballs Charge!" When the scroll hit the energy sphere there was a 
huge flash of light which momentarily blinded both the youma and Sailor 
Mars. When she could see again she noticed the monster snarl in rage. Then 
just as it seemed it would atack her again, it stopped. It started to glow a
dark blue that somehow seemed to absorb as much light as it created. There 
was another, smaller, flash of light as the youma turned into a shere of 
energy and headed into the sky.
	Meanwhile the other scouts weren't doing as well. While Mercury had 
managed to force the red Youma into the air with it's counterpart, she hadn't 
been much help scince both hers and Sailor Jupeter's attacks did little or 
no damage to the green youma. She began scanning the monster with her visor 
and the youma, being preocupied with Jupeter ignored her. Sailor Mercury 
quickly darted away moments after her computer beeped to go find Venus.
	And find Venus she did. Venus was haveing a tough time, as Mercury 
predicted, with her youma, gold, as well. With a quick cry of
"Mercury Bubles Blast!" the area was filled with fog. Mercury used her visor 
to find Venus and quicky dragged her over to Jupeter. The youma, seeing its 
opponants running away, followed after them. When they got to Jupeter she 
was obvioslly tireing. She was panting for breath and when she moved she was
favoring her right side. The latter was probably due to the slash the youma 
had made across her thy. Mercury quickly had Venus and Jupeter switch youma 
in hopes her hypothesis was correct. Which, as ussual, it was. Jupeter 
imidiatly injured the youma with her lightning while Venus had already made
hers rise with the others. The gold youma, seeing it was outnumbered, 
quickly joined its brethren in the heavens while Mars arrived at the rest of 
the scouts. Even before they could pat themselves on the back, the youma
energy began swirling around each other. They then coolesed into a great 
mass of multi-collered energy that seemed to make you sick just by watching 
it, as the soldiers around them learned the hard way.
	The energy began to take shape into a larger youma. This one looked 
exactly like the smaller ones except this one was bigger. Also, Instead of 
being all one color, it was all four. They seemed to swirl around untill 
they converged at the center of its chest. and with a cry of"Elementia!" the
new youma was ready to fight. Unfortunately the scouts weren't. Mars was as
anxious as ever to keep on fighing as was Mercury, Jupeter and Venus were in 
much worse shape. Jupeter had a nasty looking slash across her thy, and 
Venus had bruses all along her arm. Both were exaughsted from using so many 
attacks."Come on guys, lets go here! Mars Fire Ignite!"Mars tried one of her 
lesser attacks to probe at the creatures defences. The result was anything
red on the youma glowing as a red sheild around the monster absorbed the 
fire."Oh Shit!"was jupeter's only responce. "Try a combined attack!"came 
Mercury's wisdom. "Venus Love Chain..." "Jupeter Thunderbolt..." "Encircle!"
"ZAP!" and immediately an electrified chain of hearts was heading for the 
youma. When it got there the chain passed through a green sheild where the
electricity was removed. Then the chain shattered on a gold shield. The 
youma's only responce to that feeble attempt was a cry of "Elementia!!" 
"Guys, I think it studied our powers as the four smaller creatures and 
developed shields against them!" said Mercury. She was worried before but 
now it seemed hopeless. "Time to die Sailor Scouts!"
"Hold it!" a cry peirced through the air. All heads turned to look at the 
newcommer. It was Sailor Moon standing on a tether used for the scouts 
horses which they seldom used (the horses were gone). "Who are you?" 
questioned the now very annoyed youma."I am Sailor Moon champian of justice!
And on behalf of the moon, I will Punish YOU!" "I don't know who you are but 
you better get out of here before you get hurt!"said Sailor Mars. In 
responce Usagi simply stuck out her tounge at Mars. "Oh great were being 
saved by a meatball head!"retorted Mars. "Elementia!" screamed the youma 
trying to get the attention back on her. It worked as Sailor Moon took of 
her tiara and with a shout of "Moon Tiara Magic!" sent it hurteling towards
Elementia. It in turn raised all of its shields. When the golden disk struck,
however, it shattered all the sheilds and preceded to knock over the youma.
Sailor Moon then dropped in front of Mars and precedded to shut her WIDE 
open mouth with her index finger. "It's not polite to gawk you know."she 
said. "How, how did you do that?"asked Mercury, being the first to regain 
her wits. "Maybe now you'll believe me when I say I'm Sailor Moon!"Moon 
replied. "But that's impossible! Sailor Moon is trapped in a crystal in the 
town of Mercenty, everyone knows that!"shouted Sailor Jupeter. But before 
Sailor Moon could respond in turn the youma got up again for a second 
attempt at the scouts. "Uh OH! I guess my tiara didn't work!"Sailor Moon 
readied the Moon scepter in hopes it would work without the crystal. After 
a quick whisper to her mother for guidence she held the scepter up to her 
broach and concentrated on the energy needed. While she had her eyes closed,
the scepter and the broach begain to glow. the scepter seemed to turn into 
liquid energy as the broach went to meet it. The energy formed into a sword
as the broach seemed to grow minutely smaller. when the light cleared Sailor 
Moon was wearing Armor in the front of her boots and gauntlets on her arm. 
She had a thin plateing of armor on the front of her suit. She was holding a
thin silver sword that seemed to curve ever so slightly. It was light-weight
and edged on only one side. "I am Sailor Samurai Moon! Champian of justice! 
in the name of the Moon I will punish you!" said the new improved Sailor 
Samurai Moon. "Not likely!"screamed Elementia. "Is it just me or do they say
that a lot? Moon Saber Quicksilver!" said Sailor Samurai Moon as she began 
her attack. The blade took on a pure silver sheen and seemed to be sliceing 
air with a 'shink' at every slash. Then the miniture broach at the cross 
area of the sword began sending energy down the blade. As Usagi broaght the 
blade downwoard and back up in a 'x' formation it sent out two cresents of 
energy which sliced through the youma like a hot knife through butter. The 
area where the cressents struck seemed to slide down fractionally before the 
youma exploded. Sailor Samurai Moon stood stareing at where the monster was
standing moments ago thinking to herself 'Where did that come from?!'. As 
Mars approched her she quickly said, "I think we need to have a scout 
meeting to discuss this turn of events." and with that she walked over to 
the meeting tent like she had just seen a ghost. But then that was probably 
what she was thinking as well.

	Lita took one last look at the dinner table. At first she was going 
to take Ken out for dinner but then she decided a more personal aproach 
would be better. She had a chicken cassorole in the oven along with some 
baked potatoes, bread rolls, salad, and fruit platter. She probably over did 
it, but the cooking always made her feel better. She checked the food and 
then her outfit,a simple pair of jeans with a T-shirt and sweater after all
this wasn't a date, and waited for either the casorole to finish or for Ken 
to arrive, whichever came first. She didn't have to wait long because within 
moments of sitting down the doorbell rang. She opened the door for Ken and 
asked him to come in. 
"So you gonna tell me whats wrong now or is it going to have to wait untill
after dinner."asked Ken after he took his coat off. He was wearing jeans as 
well as an oxford butten down shirt.
"Maybe we should wait untill after. I think the cassorole should be ready
soon."she replied.
Ken, knowing that Lita liked to cook when she was depressed, was really 
woried when he saw the quantity of food on the table. They continued to eat 
in silent peace untill it became unbareable for Ken any longer. "Lita, I'm 
really enjoying this meal and all but I've gotta ask whats wrong? You 
promised to tell me but you keep putting it off." He said. When he looked up
at Lita she had her head bowed and looked like she was about to break down 
crying. "I'm sorry for asking. I should have waited but whats wrong?"
"It's Usagi."she said and before she could finish Ken inturupted with,
"Whats wrong? Is she sick? I hear she wasn't in school today but no-one 
would tell me why."
"No she's not sick, she...she's ...she passed-on last night." and with the 
uttering of those words Lita felt like a hand of ice had gripped her heart 
and wouldn't let go. She looked up to see Ken stareing at her with a look 
born of both campasion and sorrow. Under that gaze she could feel all of her
self-built walls dissapearing as she ran into his comforting arms. She began
sobbing uncontrollably on his shoulder and Ken could tell he was in for a 
long night.

	 Auther's Note: First off I forgot to put in the first chapter that
after the scouts told Usagi's parents about Sailor Moon Amy devised a lie 
that would allow Usagi to be or not be Sailor Moon without hinting at who 
they were. This lie was basically that Usagi was walking with her friends 
when they came to a bridge. Next they heard a cry of Mercury Boubles blast 
and there was a thick fog. They kept running but lost Usagi. They turned 
again to the battle when they saw her outline tuning to ash. Next there was
this big vaccum and they ran. The parents and scouts agreed on this as their 
story. Second I would like to thank anyone who sent remarks. And third is I 
will probably have the next part finished in two to three weeks. Se ya then!
