In reply to the Perl BBS thing on my site, I'll do what I can. If
everyone is willing and likes the idea, I can make some adjustments to the
site to help things run a bit more smoothly for the FFML members. I can
also post information about the list and a standardized form to join the
list from the site, which would save a whole heck of a lot of trouble with
people who just don't get how to join the list (simple as it may seem...)

There is one thing I do as however. DO NOT TRY TO POST YOUR FANFICS
THERE!!! This isn't meant to be malicious, but I simply don't have the
resources to harbor such things. HTML tags work in the body of your
messages so that if you have the fic posted somewhere on the web, be it in
an FTP or a web page, you can put a direct hyper link to your work like
this:

<a href="http://your.host.com/~login/file.name">My Fanfic</a>

Put this in the body of your message, and it will make "My Fanfic" or
whatever clickable so that they can be accessed.

Make sense? I'm looking for feedback from everyone so I can know how to
prepare. Thanks!
