I don't remember the exact location, but there is a link to it on
Thomas Cardwell's Ranma page. This page is
http://iczer1.usacomputers.net/~ranma/ranma.html . One of he links in
the big table of Ranma links on the page links to a manga summaries,
and another links to actual translations, if I remember right. Not
every volume has been translated and I'm not sure if this one (Vol. 32
parts 6-7) has, but there should be a summary for it if nothing else.

Apparantly there isn't. I just checked, and I get an error message
telling me the file isn't found. But I downloaded them a while ago, so
I have them. I'm appending the manga summary for the two parts with
Asuka below. I've also downloaded the translated text for the dialog,
and will mail this to anyone who is interested.

NEW Asuka Saginomiya

Akane and her two friends are at the fair, when Kodachi turns up, and

starts paralysing everyone. Then she remembers she was summoned by someone,

and Asuka the White Lily appears riding a (fair-ground) horse, and reminds

Kodachi about a promise made 10 years ago, and Kodachi suddenly leaves.

Later at the döjö, Akane is relating this to Ranma when Kodachi appears (in

a formal kimono) and has some showy clothes for Ranma to wear so he can be

really sexy on their date, but Ranma says he doesn't need them. Kodachi

tells of how in Lizard Kindergarten she and Asuka had fought over who could

get the coolest boy (and beat up each other's boy) which Kodachi wins, so

Asuka challenges Kodachi to a double-date duel 10 years from then over who

has the coolest boyfriend. Some traps get Ranma and Asuka (who set them)

turns up, but is disappointed in Ranma (she'd tried hard to find the

coolest guy) but thinks the pathetic looking Ranma doesn't stand a chance

and leaves. This makes Akane angry and tells Ranma she'll let him go on a

date, and tells him to fight hard.

It's the day, and Ranma is dressed up, (Akane thinks he looks cool) and

Kodachi arrives in a black rose wedding dress. On the way to the date

Kodachi admits she knows Ranma is just doing it out of sympathy and doesn't

really love her, but then tries to covert than sympathy into love - ie go

on a date together. Asuka sends a load of bulls to stampede Ranma (ruining

his face again) and Kodachi wants revenge and leaves to kill Asuka's date.

Ranma is really pissed that Asuka is treating good looking buy like him so

badly. At the conservatory Kodachi lays into any guy with exploding roses.

But Asuka's date is in a suit of armour, so Kodachi does a special attack

of roses, but Ranma catches them, makes a bouquet and throws them off just

before they explode, and really impresses Asuka. But her date is revealed

to be a really handsome looking guy (Akane and Kodachi both acknowledge

this) but Asuka had just kidnapped him, so Kodachi and Asuka agree to duel

again in 5 years. Back home, Ranma is happy he didn't loose, while Akane

says a man isn't just a face.
