Okay, I have figured out the remailer enough to determine that I
want this file here

latest/24330:8:Subject: Lemon Sherbet #9: "Insanity Day Four"

However, I am at a loss at this point.  What is the command to
get this file?  (Well, I know that the command is 'get,' but I'm not
sure what to tell it to get!)
