I'm glad for your essay.  Not only does it strongly support my way
(Ryoga et. al.), but its main point is very good:  you can do it either
way, and it doesn't make any difference.  If even the Japanese
government is not consistent, who can blame us English-speakers for
using different spellings?

I agree, nice points made, nice essay.

I will, however, continue to replace Ryoga with Ryouga and Ukyo with
Ukyou.  Just a thing I do.
