I think Ranma would pick up the noisy little creep and point out the huge 
holes in his argument.  Ranma has never promised any of his iinazuke 
anything, he was not the one who caused the engagements, he does not chase 
after any of them (except Akane when she's in "trouble") and he has 
frequently asked all of them "not to bother him" - although I will pay 
that he has never made a serious effort to back this up.  Ranma's 
iinazuke chase him because *THEY* choose to, not because Ranma encourages 
them.

Ranma will probably be annoyed with this accusation and *might* try to 
intimidate Veyon into dropping it, but I cannot imagine Ranma getting 
violent unless Veyon does first.  Ranma almost never starts the fights he 
gets into - he just doesn't try to avoid them, confident that they will 
end in his victory.

And then you have the problem of what happens when the iinazuke find out 
what Veyon is saying.  Unless he back's their particular candidancy, none 
of them (including Akane) is likely to be happy with him sticking his 
nose into their affairs.  Any violence involving Veyon is most likely to 
result from one of Ranma's iinazuke teaching him to mind his own 
business.

2)  As I said earlier, I plan on having him get involved with someone.  I 
don't know who, other than it probably _won't_ be one of Ranma's 
fiancees.  I need suggestions.  (And no, he wouldn't put up with Kodachi 
or Azusa for a second.)  Fanfic characters are ok, as are possibly 
crossover characters, as has been suggested.  (BTW, UY takes place in 
Tomobiki, which is another suburb of Tokyo, and, from what I recall, 
somewhat close to Nerima.   One of the early episodes of the series has 
Ataru in Nerima, getting fried by Lum in her UFO.  Anyway.)  Ideas are 
always helpful folks. :)  

One of Akane's friends (Sayuri & Yuka) springs to mind, or make up a girl 
on the Furinkan gymnastics team, one of the ones who asked Akane for help 
against Kodachi so long ago.  I don't think any of them were ever 
officially named.
