That's up to each individual author. For example, this all happens when
Miyabi is 16. Miyabi, in Kun-chan's current timeline, is.. all of a few
years old or so. So, this all happens (or not) a long time from now.
R2096... well.... that's just too screwy, I'm not getting into that.
This is very close to the TMTC/TPOH/TWTA timeline, and will affect it
accordingly.. 

As for Childra and Ishi.. well.. ^_^
