Which of the Ranma 1/2 characters know English well enough to act 
as a translator? 

Hey you guys forgot about Kuno's father (the principal).  He lived 
in Hawaii for an extended period of time.  Even in the Japanese 
manga he spoke(is this the right word?) english.  He probably won't 
translate but it's an idea.
