BTW, I think Rorschach would find Nerima fairly tolerable. There
doesn't seem to be any deadly violence of the kind that he is used to
living with. The biggest criminal around is a certain octogenarian
panty thief. Heck, he might even be bored.

Then again, he could run into Kodachi...
