And I had written the message that started this because I know
*now* that you did not hold this view. I only wanted to explain
why I had *until then* not taken the map seriously *and* wanted to
point out a possible reason why there are so few answers from
outside the U.S. Let's cut this short before it evolves into
another "AMERICA IS BEST" - "AMERICA SUCKZ" debate. :)
