The problem is your server.  Ask the owner of the server if you have any
restrictions on receiving mail or any programs that interferes with it.

Just a few suggestions.

        Just A Note: "Ahem. I DON'T HAVE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON MY SERVER!
NEVER HAD, DON'T HAVE, NEVER WILL HAVE... E V E R!" My server is totally
unrestricted to the point of it being in a HEAVY LEMON FIC as the star
