Well, the manga doesn't give any clue at all ... So no idea. No-one
seems to have a birthday in the manga.

That's probably cuz time doesn't seem to progress at all in the manga.
Time plays almost no role in Ranma 1/2.  It really wouldn't matter when
you decide to put her birthday, Zen.

Such is the beauty of a timeless series . . . *shrug*
