Do people actually prefer vast differences in the
Ranma characters they know and love?  Or is the original hijinks Takahashi
started prefered? 
One more thing, I'm just wondering what the average response to a fanfic
is.  Ranma/SM was my first work, and I'm wondering if I should be happy
with the decent number of comments I've had or if my writing is such
mindless dribble people most people don't even bother flaming.

It would be my guess that, due to the VAST number of Ranma fics, the 
characters almost have to be changed in order to make an origional.  I myself 
prefer fics where Team Ranma faces an outside threat rather than everyone 
beating each other across Tokyo.

I dunno about fic responses.  I do BGC most of the time when I write (and 
recently actually started posting what I write ;)
