Actually, White Wolf wrote this one. Reach him at
White Wolf <wwolf@ranma.net>. Hmmm...after doing a bit
of researching for my rant/help (see below) and a bit of searching
through my mailbox, I've been wondering if there *was* a post
of "Moonlight & Cherry Pie" chapters 12-13 and if WW has even
got that far.
This 'fic is next on my reading list so I'd like to know if there
is any more to it than chapter 11 at this time.

I wouldn't be so seriously annoyed with these request messages
if the poster had shown *some* sign of trying to get these fanfics on
his/her own before sending a general distress signal to FFML. (HINT: read
the FFML FAQ that Panda-san posts...particular the part about the
FFML archive).
As other people have said, there are other options:
If it's an old 'fic or one that was posted to RAAC, check out
the RAAC archive (ftp://ftp.cs.ubc.ca/pub/archive/anime-fan-works).
If you know the author's name, e-mail him/her. (If you know the
author's name, there might be a chance that you know the e-mail
addresses as well if you dig hard enough through your mail). See
if you can find this info on the various reviews that Suds-kun and
Draxon-X have been posting on a regular basis.
If the 'fic was posted recently to FFML, send an e-mail to
fanfic-request@fanfic.com with the subject archive. In this case,
the body of your e-mail should say:
grep moonlight latest/*
quit
You would get something back along the line of this (somewhat edited
for space):
