This is my completely rewritten part one of BGC Combine. I am in desperate
need of C&C (I got none from my Alpha test) so somebody please reply if you
read this! Also, First Contact (the Trek movie) came out after i finished
writing part one. If the FC parts are off, oh well ;)
Priss throttled her bike, giving her another burst of speed as she soared
through the highways of MegaTokyo. She revelled in the speed, and the freedom
she had since the final defeat of Largo. After his destruction, the Knight
Sabers had finally found peace. Boomer rampages still occured, but the
ADPolice seemed to finally have a hold on boomer crimes. She passed several
cars that appeared to be moving in slow motion, and sped past the area that
two years ago, she had shot Largo, beginning her attempt to free Anri.
Memories flushed through her mind, of her friends, the people she considered
family, and friends long since lost. Her leg was still sore from the last
fight she had been in, although otherwise it was completely healed. In a few
days, all of the physical damage from her long and hard battle would be gone.
She thought of how nearly a year and a half ago, she had been shot on stage,
ruining her singing ability when she had finally had a chance to make it big.
Her voice was finally recovered, thanks to new microsurgery techniques that
she had been pushed into trying. She though of the many highs and lows of her
life, before her stomach began to growl. Priss grinned slightly, took an
exit off of the highway and proceeded to find any place that might have a good
bite to eat...

*** A Place Far, Far Away...

The bridge of the Defiant rocked violently as the Borg ship sliced into
it with green cutting rays. Worf stayed firm in the captains chair as pillers
of Tri-Titanium collapsed from the ship's structure. A conduit in the wall
exploded, sending coolant into the bridge as sparks flew from all directions.
"Luitenant, status!" Worf demanded. A section of the wall exploded, sending
debris across the bridge. The luetenant at the conn grasped desperately to
the panel, which was now barely functioning. "We've lost shields and our
weapons are gone!" he responded desperately.

Worf looked forward into the static filled viewscreen as smoke and toxic
chemicals began filling the bridge. "Perhaps today is a good day to die!" He
roared as another green ray of energy slammed into the ship, rocking it
violently. An eerie blue haze engulfed him as the ship exploded...

Sylia looked over the data she had recieved from the testing of Priss in
the holo-sim. "Well done, Priss." She said casually as she prepared the room
for Linna's testing. "Linna, your in next." She stated as her cell-phone
began to ring. She pulled it from her pocket, and answered it.

     "Hello?"
"It's me." Fargo's voice was raspy over the phone line.
"Yes?" Sylia answered. When Fargo called it either meant the Knight
Sabers had a job offer, or Fargo had some rather
expensive, yet useful information that he would sell for the correct price.
"There is a boomer rampage in one of the larger commercial sections of
the city," He coughed before continuing. "One of my clients requested
that I contact the Knight Sabers and give you the offer."
"What about a fee?" Sylia asked.
"It is a bit above what your used to, but that should be no problem for
you."
"Very well, I need the details of the job."
"The sight is in downtown MegaTokyo, specifically Amarok Stockbrokers.
Be careful Sylia, there is a new type of boomer on the scene, so be
prepared...."

*** 24th Century

"MAINTAIN FIRE!" Picard thundered as the ship wrenched from continuos
pounding from the borg. On the viewscreen yet another Federation ship was
descimated by the huge, and seemingly indestructible borg ship. Another
volley of photon torpedoes slammed into the borg ship, causing only a display
of pyrotechnics and fireworks as the borg ship ignored the fire. A voice
echoed in his head "Locutus..." he briefly considered what he could do. The
borg ship had been damaged quite severely at one point in the battle, before
it adapted to the Federation's new weapons and proceeded to smash the entire
battle fleet. "Locutus..." the voice echoed in his head again.

     "Adapting..." Picard muttered to himself.
     "Sir?" Riker asked
"That's it!" Picard stood, and quickly ran to the weapons station now
manned by Worf. He called up a scan of the borg and pinpointed a single
location on the lower corner of the massive ship. He then openened a
communications frequency to the Federation fleet.
"This is Captain Jean Luc Picard of the starship Enterprise, in thrity
seconds, open fire on the following coordinates!" He quickly transmitted the
location to be attacked. He turned to Worf. "Once we have destroyed that
section of the ship," he said officially, then paused."Proceed to blow them
straight to hell." He ordered, with venom dripping from his voice. He turned
and began toward the command chair as the Borg Queen appeared on the
viewscreen.

"You can't win, Locutus. Surrender now and be assimilated." She said
confidently.
"Can't win? I don't believe so! I will not surrender!" His face was a
mixture of burning anger and newfound confidence.
"Oh, but Locutus, as you have said several times in the past, resistance
is futile. Why fight the inevitable?"
Picard counted the seconds before the remainder of the Federation battle
fleet would unleash it's combined firepower on the borg ship. He stared the
Borg queen directly in the eye as the time approached zero. "Resist this."
He said coldly. The Borg queen was un-moved.

The fifteen or so remaining Federation ships opened fire simultaniously with
phasers and photon torpedoes, the lancing beams on energy converged at one
point on the borg ship, a spectacular explosion ensued, as a small chunk of
the huge cube ruptured.

"The borg subspace field has collapsed." Data reported.
"Open fire, all weapons!" Riker stood as the viewscreen flickered back
to a visual representation of the Borg ship. Beams of red energy bored into
it from all directions, creating looms of fire on the surface of the ship.
Volleys of photon torpedoes slammed into the still only lightly damaged ship,
blowing large sections of the ship apart in a spectacular lightshow. A
specially modified Nebula class starship assumed a position starboard-aft of
the Enterprise and began firing torpedoes in rapid succession. A chain of
explosions rippled across the borg ship, throwing burning sections of the
massive hulk into the void of space. The borg ship tractored a badly damaged
Excelsior class starship, and began firing.

*** U.S.S. Victory

Captain Lewis wiped the blood from his forehead as the borg ship latched
his ship with a tractor beam. "Luetenant Rikardo, target the source of that
tractor beam and fire!" He commanded as the ship master intruder alert
sounded.

"Sir, we have nothing left to fire with! I'm also getting intruder
alerts on decks 3 through 15!" The luetenant at the helm announced nervously.

Captain Lewis looked at the borg ship through a static filled viewscreen.
It was quickly being blown apart by the main fleet elements, but held onto
it's vice-like tractor lock stubbornly. Several flashes of green glimmered on
the bridge. "Set a course for the borg ship and engage!" Captain Lewis
thundered as he stood and unholstered his phaser. Rikardo quickly tapped in
several series' of commands before a green burst of energy slammed into him.
The last thing he did while living was press the engage button.

*** Enterprise

The viewscreen dimmed slightly as the Victory slammed into the Borg ship,
destroying a large portion of the massive vessel. Several lancing cutting
rays slammed into the Nebula class ship Stardust, slicing holes neatly through
the ships warp engines. Several explosions began to engulf the Borg ship as
it's internal systems began to overload.

"We've done it!" Picard exclaimed emotionally.
"Picking up several 'pods' ejecting from the Borg ship." Data reported
as he quickly tapped several commands into the conn.
"Mr. Worf, destroy those pods!" Riker commanded as he stood up and
assumed a position next to Picard
"Sir--I am detecting a subspace distortion directly ahead of us, high
magnitude, low energy emmisions." Data reported effeciently.
"The pods are moving directly for the distortion." Worf stated seriously
as he keyed the command to fire more phasers at the Borg pods.

The vortex of swirling green energy ribbons incresed in brightness as
borg pods began swarming into it Red beams of destructive phaser energy
coalesced with the swirling image of chaos, creating a cosmic whirlpool of
energy.

*** MegaTokyo 2035 AD

Largo's crumpled and mangled form slowly crawled from the MegaTokyo
fusion powerplant. Half of the form's head had been sliced off earlier, with
various holes and explosive damage littering the image of a crawling corpse.

"Damn... Knight... Sabers..." Largo muttered as he struggled to continue
moving. He knew that he was still in the vicinity of the power plant, and he
needed to gain distance before diverting power to his repair systems.

"You will be assimilated. Resistance is FUTILE." The voice was
mechanical, and coming from somewhere near Largo.
"Boomer..." Largo smiled inwardly. "Touch me, join with the voice..."
That was the last he said before his systems shut down.

*** 2035 A.D. Downtown MegaTokyo

Sylia dodged desperately as a large, sleekly designed green boomer
desolated the pavement with a hammer-strike where she had been less than a
second ago. the boomer quickly looked directly at her, and activated a
forehead mounted particle cannon. The blast caught Sylia square in her chest,
destroying armor and knocking her back several feet. She quickly scrambled to
avoid any follow up strike the boomer may have had planned, and was rewarded.
One second after dodging, a three feet wide heat cannon bored through several
feet of concrete on the Amorak MegaTokyo firm. The suit announced it's
activation of the 'Struggle Combat Mode' as she turned and unleashed her
counter attack. Autocannon fire sprayed across the boomer's armor, blasting
off bits of the boomer's thick armor. A massive force slammed into her from
behind, sending her forward into the first boomer. She extended her armblades
as she slammed into the massive machine of death.

Linna landed between Sylia and one of the boomers just as it prepared to
charge. A blast of energy grazed her armor from her right, where Priss was
now engaged in mortal combat with one of the stubborn machines. She charged
and activated her nano-molecular ribbons, and with a single graceful sweep of
the head, sent them into the boomer, she swept her head back, and deactivating
the ribbons. She quickly leaped back to allow the boomer a blast radius, when
it charged and and struck her in the head, knocking her into Sylia.

Priss delivered several railgun bolts into the stomach area of the green
boomer. the bolts pierced the boomer, and crackled as the boomers power flow
conducted through them. The boomer retreated several steps as it pulled the
rails out of its highly damaged power systems. Priss charged and delivered a
knucklebomber shot to its stomach, blowing off it's remaining armor and
destroying portions of the boomers internal structure. The boomer knocked her
into the pavement with a well timed blow to the back area as it collapsed back
several more steps. The blue hardsuit quickly leaped back to it's feet. The
visor was crushed and partially ripped off of the helmet structure, and the
armor showed obvious signs of abuse. The boomer switched to reserve power as
it charged again.

Nene backed off as she continued her delaying action. The boomer she was
fighting was far beyond her combat ability and it didn't seem to have
reservations about showing it. "Sylia, I need some help here..." she said
nervously as she narrowly avoided a point blank blast of energy. "Hold on..."
Sylia grunted between breaths. "Thirty seconds..."

Linna recovered her senses as she opened her eyes. She quickly stood,
and saw herself in the middle of a resturaunt filled with frightened people.
She turned to the newly formed hole in the wall when she was greeted by a very
large, very damaged green combat boomer. It's left arm was completely gone,
and its chest and head areas showed heavy damage. Linna charged, before
side-slipping beside the boomer. She assumed a defensive posture in the
middle of the street and waited for her opponent to attack.

"AAAAAAHHH!" Nene screamed as she soared through the air. She landed
next to Sylia with the loud crash of metal on concrete. Sylia turned quickly
to see yet another boomer approaching her position in a haughty manner.
"Priss, Linna. Close in on my position immediatly." She assumed a defensive
posture directly to the right of Nene's crumpled form. "Nene, can you stand?"
She asked as she lashed out with autocannon fire.

     "OOOOOOOOOOOOOGGGGGRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEE SSSSSMMMAAASSSHHH!!!!!!"

The thundering voice came from above, Sylia quickly glanced to asses a
newly possible threat when the ground next to her crumpled. she turned, and
gasped when she saw a nine foot harsuited figure standing directly next to
her. Several more figures leaped into the battlefield. The boomers assessed
their new targets.

"Sorry if I scared you." The very large figure stated as it charged the
boomer to Sylia's rear. Four hardsuits of medium sizes were engaging and
destroying the one she had fought with. Sylia knelt down next to Nene, when
she first became aware of her quiet sobbing.

"Are you okay?" She asked quietly as particle beams scorched the air
above her.
"I... I think it's...just popped... not sure..." She lifted her leg as
confirmation. Sylia stood as Linna and Priss arrived.

"Sylia, exactly who are these people?" Priss pointed at the hardsuited
group that was now splitting up and searching various nearby areas.
"I have no idea. We need to get Nene back to the infirmiry. She was hit
quite hard in the head with possible neck injuries."
Nene stood, and ceased all signs of crying. "Can we get out of here?"
She asked quietly, "I need some asperin ow ow ow..."

"Sure. Okay everyone, lets get out of here."

"You will be assimilated." The group turned to see what was appearently
a heavily cybered, very pale human.

"And just who would you be?" Sylia asked, puzzled and slightly
frustrated.

"I am C-127 of Borg. Reisitance is futile, you will be assimilated." The
borg charged forward, raising it's right arm. Arcs of electricity began to
emanate from it as it closed in on Linna's position.

"No you don't buddy." Priss said matter-of-factly as she stepped between
Linna and the borg. Sylia promptly opened fire with both of her autocannons,
which ripped through the borg. It collapsed to the ground.

"Okay, lets go, now!" She activated her flight systems, and bolted. She
was quickly followed by the remainder of the Knight Sabers.

The nine foot tall hardsuited figure looked around a corner. "There is
absolutely nothing left. This sucks. I was wanting to smash some boomers!"
He turned, and saw a horde of... somethings.

"You will be assimilated!" The borg began charging

"OOOOGGGRRREEEEEEE BLAST!!!!" Weapon arrays snapped into position on his
shoulders, while plates of armor folded on his wrists, revealing more
weaponry. He took aim and fired with all weapons, screaming missiles coupled
with the roar of particle pulses filled the air. The shots tore into the borg
ranks. He charged through what remained of the borg horde, fighting his way
to the main highway. He looked to his left to see a massive firefight
underway between the rest of Artimis Omega and the borg.

"Okay...." he said as a compartment on his back opened. "I think I need
to teach them the art of the staff." He reached back and pulled a metal staff
from the compartment. He flicked the bow forward. It began to glow an eerie
violet color. He then proceeded to run into the now heavy fighting.

"...We repeat, some form of organized force... downtown MegaTokyo! Weapons
becomming less and less effective! We're being blown all to hell down here!
We need K-12's here now!!" The assembled Knight Sabers listened intently to
the broadcast over AD Police lines. "This is dispatch to all deployed units.
We have military assistance secured if nessecary. They stand ready with
airstrikes and combat boomers."

"WELL THEN GET THEM THE HELL O---!!!!!"	The transmission was cut off in a
mix of screams and explosions.

Sylia calmly pulled her cell-phone out of her front pocket, and quickly
dialed a number...

     "It's me..."
