In third person omniscient narrator mode I use pronouns referring to
the gender of Ranma's current form. This helps the readers (and me) keep
track of what body Ranma's wearing during that scene. When characters
speak or think, I have them use the pronoun for how they perceive Ranma
(which would be as a guy by most of the cast, excepting the Kuno clan).
