Gweepings!!!

It's little old me, the Chi-using, wise cracking gweep from the
sunny south. I've already released this little bundle o' joy to a few
of my rabid fans (you know who you are ^_^). I think I won't get too
many flames from it...

Sailor Moon is the creation of Naoko Takeuchi. None of those
characters are in any way, shape or form owned by me. However, the Star
Knights and Sailor Terra *are* my creations (in their present forms) if
you want to use them in a fanfic' of your own, give me some credit,
okay?

	Now, on with the show!
------------------------------------------------------------------------
A beautiful starship cruised along. It'd just dropped out of
lightspeed and was rapidly approaching its home port on the Moon. A
silver haired man in some sort of grey military uniform was at the helm,
checking his instruments periodicly. A young woman dressed in pants and
a long sleeve shirt (with the sleeves rolled up) walked in and sat in
the co-pilot's seat. She smiled and planted a kiss on his cheek.
"All work and no play makes Ryuu a dull boy," she commented. "Why
are you so worried about the autopilot? You designed it yourself."
Ryuu smiled. "Because, *I* can still pilot this crate better than
any autopilot. No matter how advanced the programing might be. I don't
intend to end our honeymoon by augering into the ground. I can see the
headlines now... 'Prince Ryuu of the Moon Kingdom and Princess Psyche
of the Terran Kingdom Die in Horrible Accident, Quadrillions Mourn...'"
"Don't be so morbid, Dear. We need to get ready to celebrate
ourselves... Tomorrow, our kingdoms will be linked forever. Your
little sister and my big brother will be getting married." Psyche got a
far off look in her eye. "Finally, someone managed to break through
'Dymion's heart of ice..."
"Yeah... The 'Ice Prince' meets my kid sister and melts...
Sounds like a fairy tale romance, doesn't it?" Ryuu moved closer to his
wife. "Kinda like us, ain't it?"
Psyche frowned and shoved a lock of her red hair out of her eyes.
"Yeah, right... The hopeless romantic and the chronic tomboy... I
guess so..." She looked thoughtful for a moment, then she smiled.
"Kiss me, you old softie." The newlyweds moved a little closer
together. Ryuu reached out to activate the autopilot, and was shocked
to see another ship flying nearby. It wasn't crystaline like his, it
looked like a flying sword... It had to be the others.
A tiny hologram of a smiling man in an orange version of Ryu's
uniform appeared on the console. "Oops. Bad timing..." He smiled
wickedly. "Hope I wasn't interrupting anything important," he commented
innocently.
"Hi, Hiro, how was your vacation?" Ryuu asked carefully. One had
to be careful around the Hentai Prince of Venus. Growing up in a court
full of some of the Silver Millenium's most beautiful women had made him
into the Silver Millenium's most notorious Peeping Tom... Not *his*
family per say... But the rest of the Venus Court wasn't bad looking...
"Just fine... Pity Princess Makoto's still on the Moon. That
would've been the highlight of *my* vacation on Jupiter..." A hand
flashed through the holofield in the blink of an eye as it connected
with Hiro's jaw. "OW! Err... Eiji says 'Hi.'" One constant in the
Universe, Prince Eiji of the Jupiter Kingdom was *very* careful of how
anyone talked about his sister, especially Hiro the Hentai. "Basically
it was business as usual. Keiichi ended up in Cloud City's antigrav
pods, reinventing them for the 10th time. Ken drank three bars out of
business. Eiji went hang gliding. Err... I just went sightseeing.
<snicker>"
Ryuu laughed. "The Dark Phantom strikes again!" He sobered.
"One of these days you'll get caught and I won't help you. I reccomend
you clean up your act."
Hiro looked hurt. "I don't have a _dirty_ mind. I happen to have
a refined appreciation of the female form, that's all..."
"'Refined appreciation?' More like dark obcession..."
"I'm really offended you think of my that way..." He broke
contact.
Suddenly a feeling of dark dread clutched at Ryu's guts. "No...
Not that, not now..." A bright flash of energy blossomed up from
Lunaria, the Moon's capital city, the full fury of the Silver Shadow
Crystal unleashed... Ryuu snatched at the controls, trying frantically
to enter lightspeed... Just as both ships' engines roared to full
power, the wave of energy slammed into them. The people within both
were tossed around like dolls. Ryuu looked up, dazed, just before he
lost conciousness, he saw an eery, grey mist beginning to fill the
cabin. Outside the ship, more swirling mist flowed everywhere.

Star Knight Legacy - Episode #1
by: Kai Neflite

	"USAGI, WAKE UP!!!" Luna yowled.
"WAAH! I'M SOOO LATE!" the blonde girl sobbed as she launched out
of bed. "Luna, why didn't you wake me up sooner?"	The black cat
looked up at her princess. "You know why... I *did* wake you earlier,
but you went back to sleep."
"TRY HARDER NEXT TIME!" she whined. "Rei's gonna murder me...
The meeting starts in 10 minutes." She struggled into her shoes as she
ran down the hall and dove out the door at top speed.

Rei was sitting outside of the temple, waiting patiently for their
habitualy late leader. She heard a loud crash at the foot of the steps.
Right on schedule, her own schedule that is. Usagi came up the steps at
full tilt, tripping over the top one and plowing, face-first, into the
ground. By some major miracle her face wasn't reduced to a bloody ruin.
"OWIE! That hurt..." Usagi pulled herself up off the ground, one
eye was obviosly well on its way to developing a nasty bruise.
"Come on, Fluff-For-Brains, the meeting's about to start." Rei
snagged the leader on the Sailor Senshi and drug her into her room.

Ami was fiddling with a few settings on her microcomputer. Every
few moments she'd frown and try a new setting. "Guys, I called this
meeting because of some odd readings I've been getting recently. As you
know, the Dark Moon Family used a lot of time travel. As far as I can
tell, time travel is inheirently dangerous, and has a destructive effect
on the fabric of the space-time continuum..."
"In plain Japanese, Ami. If you want to live in the country, you
gotta speak the language," Usagi said, dazed.
Ami blushed. "Ahem... Time travel is a Bad Thing(tm). It makes
the universe thin and like something thin, it can tear. If the universe
tears, something Very Very Bad(tm) could come through the tear.
Something so bad that it could make Queen Metallia look like a girl
scout." Her computer began to beep franticly. "Oh no... A tear!" She
began to run several programs in an effort to identify what had fallen
through the short-lived tear in reality. She discovered two things had
come through, two objects, each the size of an American semi. One
object rocketed off towards the outer planets, while the other drifted
towards the Moon. She had a tough time tracking the objects, they only
seemed to show up on gravatic scans. They were invisible to radar,
laser telescope, hell, even optics had a hard time tracking them...
"Two objects. One headed for the Moon. The other towards the outer
planets... I can't get a solid lock on either of them, so I can't
tell you which planet the second craft is headed for... You guys up to
a Sailor Teleport?" They nodded.
	"Moon Crystal Power!"
	"Mercury Star Power!"
	"Mars Star Power!"
	"Jupiter Star Power!"
	"Venus Star Power!"
Then they all said, "MAKE UP!"
[Insert nagging stock footage of notorious 'magical girl' nude
transformation sequences here...]
The five Sailor Senshi joined hands, concentrated, and vanished in
a flash of light. Their target, the Great Seal that once laid in the
center of Queen Serenity's throne room.

The Senshi appeared standing on the Great Seal of the Silver
Millenium. Around them spread the rubble of the great battle that
destroyed a civilisation. They could see a spacecraft in the distance,
it looked like it had been made out of pure crystal.
Sailor Mars looked around, a confused expression on her face. "I
don't sense anything evil, but... I do sense a great deal of power
nearby." She scanned the horizon carefully. She pointed off into the
distance. "That way, the power is over there!" The Senshi headed
towards the source of Rei's psychic reading.
When they arrived at the location, they got a shock. A man and
woman stacking stones on a grave site.
"Total destruction... There wasn't anyone left to even bury
her..." he wiped a tear from his eye. "Whoever did this," he justured
to the destruction around him, "will pay."
The woman draped an arm over his shoulders and pulled him closer.
"Ryuu, how long have we been gone? The only things left of her were
dust and the jewels she'd been wearing... I have a feeling we were
asleep in Limbo for a _very_ long time." She leaned her head on his
shoulder. "Everything we knew is dust... Come on, let's go."
Ryuu knelt on the ground next to the grave. "Goodbye, Mother, I
can only hope you have found peace. I don't know if I ever will again."
He stood up and they both headed back towards the ship. Then he spotted
the Senshi out of the corner of his eye and whirled around to face them.
"Why do you still live! You could've at least had the descency to bury
her if you fled and returned later! YOU DESERTED HER IN HER HOUR OF
NEED! Psyche, are you with me?"
"The time for inaction is over." She held her right hand up.
"Terra Prism Power, MAKE UP!" [typical hashin sequence here, note
striking similarites to Sailor Moon's transformation sequence] When her
transformation was over, she was dressed in a blue-green skirted sailor
skirt with light purple bows. The light purple choker at her neck was
held in place by a golden, quartered circle. Matching circles were at
the tops of her boots and the brooch on the bow on her chest was another
quartered circle, with a small, red gemstone set in its center. A few
moments before that brooch had been her belt buckle.
Ryuu crossed his arms and grey metal bracers appeared over his
uniform's sleeves. "Lunar Dragon Power, TRANSFORM!" A violent dust
storm swept up around him, obscuring him from view. Moments later, the
dust cleared, revealing his new uniform. He was now dressed in a two
tone grey outfit, consisting of boots, pants, short sleeved tunic and a
cloth mask covering the bottom half of his face. His bracers, each
covered with an intricate carving of an oriental dragon, remained on his
forearms. "Cowards, prepare to face the wrath of the Dragon of the
Moon. I am the Lunar Knight!"
The red-head joined her companion. "If you think he's mean, you
ain't seen nothing yet. Run in terror 'cause I'm Sailor Terra. Of
course, you already knew that, so why bother continuing this spiel?
ATTACK!!!"
Lunar Knight charged at the Senshi, while Sailor Terra jumped into
the air. Lunar Knight formed his right hand into a 'knife hand' and
swept it in front of him. The next thing the Sailor knew, they were
dodging a storm of high velocity, grey needles.
Sailor Mercury dodged the fast, sharp instruments of death and
prepared to attack. "Shabon... SPRAY!!!" The battlefield was cloaked
in a thick fog of tiny bubbles. She suddenly realized something was
lighting the fog up, and burning it off...
Ryuu snarled in pure rage as he launched a blast of pure psychic
energy over their heads. Suddenly, Sailor Terra appeared out of
nowhere, kicking Sailor Jupiter in the stomach. "I'm amazed, Makoto,
you were always a couragous warrior. What made you desert?"
Sailor Jupiter collapsed to the ground, the force of Terra's kick
made her feel like her guts had been rearranged. "D-d-desert? What the
hell are you talking about?!?" She glanced over to Sailor Venus.
"Venus, they knew us once. Try to stop 'em without hurting them."
Minako smiled, finally she'd get a chance... She closed her eyes
and concentrated. "Venus Love Me..." An energy vortex surrounded her.
She raised her right hand over her head and made the 'Devil's Horns'
sign with her fingers. "CHAIN!" She brought her hand down and a chain
of little hearts whipped out and lassoed the *very* angry Sailor Terra.
Lunar Knight skidded to a halt. "The star powers? Those were
just off the drawing boards... My God, what have I done?" He slumped
to his knees and reverted to his normal form. "You don't know us... and
we don't really know you. My name is Ryuu..." He looked at Sailor Moon
for the first time and smiled, "It's good to see your face again, Chibi-
Usa." Usagi gasped as she heard the nickname of her future daughter.
Venus deactivated the Chain and let Terra loose.
"It's about time... Ryuu, shouldn't we continue this in a less...
chaotic place?" the red head suggested.
Ryuu pulled himself upright and took a key out of his left boot.
"Well, my home away from home should still be here." He smirked,
ruefully. "I made it capable of withstanding a supernova... Rule One:
Prepare for the worst case scenario..." He turned back into Lunar
Knight and slammed a needle into a large boulder which shattered into a
million pieces. Behind the shattered boulder was a large, stone door.
Ryuu reverted, put the key into the door (right through the stone) and
turned the key. The door shuddered and opened inward, revealing a dark
tunnel. "Come on in, I can't gaurantee the freshness of my food supply,
but it's home..." Ryuu went inside, followed by Sailor Terra, who
reverted as she went in.
Usagi sighed and looked at her friends; they shrugged. "Oh well,
nothing ventured, nothing gained..." The Sailor Senshi walked into the
unknown.

Usagi was suprised to find that the tunnel beyond the door was
actually well lit. She was equally suprised to find that she, and the
other Senshi, were back in their street clothes again.

Ryuu came back up the tunnel, grinning. "Sorry about the
Reversion field, it's an old defense against a few of my old rivals.
Anyway, Ken'd be in Seventh Heaven... My old liquor supply is intact."
He laughed. "I'll tell you one thing about the brother you had in your
past life... He loved his booze. Pity he couldn't get drunk... His
mission in life was to get drunk. He put a great many bars temporarily
out of business with his quest..." Rei frowned. "Don't get me wrong,
he was a great man... A fine warrior. He was my best friend. There
aren't many other people I'd go into the fiery pits of Hell with to spit
in the Devil's face." Rei's eyebrows shot up an inch. "Well, at any
rate, follow me." He went back down the hallway.
As the girls followed them, they noticed many doors. Often the
doors were covered with runes. Other times the doors were bare. They
finally reached a large, circular chamber with many doors. Each door
had the Greek symbol for a planet on it, save for five of them. Five of
these six were blank. The sixth door had a yin-yang symbol on it, there
was a glob of red wax in the center of the symbol. The wax had been
impressed with the Sign of Mars inside of a hexagram (six-pointed star
pentagram), while it was still warm. Rei walked up to that door,
transfixed. "What's behind this door...?"
Ryuu looked at her and then at the door... "Power. I and Mars
Knight, Prince Ken, sealed up that door as part of a promise. An old
friend sleeps behind that door, and I don't want to wake him up... Of
course, there are other things behind that door, but I'm not talking and
no one's getting inside. It'll take a sorceror as powerful as Ken to
break that seal and the only sorceror I know more powerful is sleeping
on the other side of that door." He smiled softly. "Come into my
parlor, said the Knight to the Senshi." He opened the door with a
crescent moon carved into it and went inside. As usual, Sailor Terra
followed him instantly. The others followed shortly after them.
They were suprised to find themselves in the middle of a beautiful
countryside. Rolling hills as far as the eye could see. Usagi and the
others gasped in suprise. This place, where ever they were, was
beautiful... Usagi giggled and ran down the hill; she almost rammed
into Ryuu and the red-head that she only knew as Sailor Terra. "Where
are we?" she asked.
Ryuu smiled. "This is a replica of one of my favorite places. It
was called Tranquility 1000 years ago... I don't know what it's called
now. Out of all the Provinces on the Moon, I felt the most at home
here." He turned towards the other Senshi as they came down the hill.
"My cottage is nearby. Follow me." He and Terra headed east, towards
the illusion of a rising Earth.
They soon came upon a small, but tidy, house, sitting on a
hillside. "Here it is. A lot of people could never figure out why I
lived like this." He laughed again. "I just hated the finery of court
life." They went inside...
The house was filled with art. Paintings, statuettes, carved
semi-precious stones. Ryuu shrugged. "It's a hobby..." The Senshi
gasped when they found paintings of themselves on the wall in Senshi
uniform. They found several paintings of other young women in Senshi
uniform, but they didn't look familiar. They also found several
paintings of men in uniforms similar to Ryu's, but of different colors.
Ryuu sighed and began to explain them. He walked up to the picture of a
man with short, dark-blue hair. "Prince Keiichi of Mercury. A
technical genius, he couldn't keep his hands out of anything that had to
do with mechanics." He moved to a blond haired man's picture. "Prince
Hiro of Venus. A man of, er, _refined_ tastes. Alright, I'll say it.
He was a dyed in the wool HENTAI!" He coughed and moved to the picture
of a black haired man. "Prince Ken of Mars. You've already heard about
him..." Then he sighed softly and approached a man with brown hair's
portrait. "Prince Eiji of Jupiter. A warrior by calling, but not by
desire. He loved to hang glide... He lived up to Jupiter's second
aspect, Wood. He loved forests, he'd go off for weeks at a time on
Earth, just to get away from it all..." He got depressed and sat down
in a chair next to his fireplace. "Now they're gone..."
Ami pulled out her computer and started comparing her earlier
readings to a picture on his wall. It was the picture of a starship
shaped almost like a sword. "Ahem, Ryuu, yours was not the only ship
that came out of the tear in reality... A ship which I think looked
like this one here was thrown towards the outer planets..."
Ryuu jumped out of his seat. "Where did it go! They were all on
that ship. I haven't a moment to lose!"
Rei took a step back. "Hold on. I want some proof to your claims
about your past. I want to know who you, and the red-head really are!"
She was sick and tired of being led around by the nose by someone who
may, or may not be an old ally.
Ryuu sighed and looked at Rei. A silver crescent moon appeared on
his forehead. "I am Prince Ryuu of the Moon Kingdom. Eldest child of
Lord Doric of the Venus Kingdom and Her Magesty, Queen Serenity, ruler
of the Moon Kingdom and the Silver Millenium. I am the brother of the
heir to her throne, Princess Serenity."  Usagi almost fainted in shock;
she suddenly had a big brother.
His red haired companion looked at the younger Senshi. "I am
Princess Psyche of the Earth Kingdom. Youngest child of King Arthur
Pendragon and the Lady Guinivere. Younger sister of Prince Endymion,
the heir to the Earth Kingdom." The other Senshi facefaulted at that
statement. "I am also Ryu's wife." Gasps and more facefaults.
Ryuu continued, "We were on our way home when we got hit by a
massive energy blast. I believe it was the Silver Shadow Crystal being
used... Am I right?" The Senshi nodded. "I was afraid of that...
What is the name of the person who killed our world?"
Usagi looked at her new brother sadly. "Queen Beryl... but she's
already been takin care of. We saw to that a year ago."
"Then... there *is* nothing left..." Ryuu stated, emotionlessly.
Minako frowned. "NONSENSE! You're still alive and you still have
your wife. The Silver Millenium may be gone, but we've seen the future.
That society will be reborn... in 1000 years." She neglected to tell
him that in 1000 years it will be on the verge of dieing out again...
Ryuu stood up, purpose gleaming in his eyes again. "Well then,"
he said with a grin on his face, "Psyche and I need to get going! We've
got four friends to find and a future peace to insure! The Order of the
Star Knight is about to go back to work!!!"
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Next Time: Find out why Ryuu, even if he is older, is not the heir.
Prepare for the return of an old foe.
Last time was just a warm up.
Will this villan succeed in bringing back Humanity's
greatest foes, who are also Humanity's greatest hope?
