Read Stefan Gagne's "Wicked Garden."  It has Kodachi as the main 
character, and she's actually understandable (as opposed to being 
unbelievably insane).  Other than that -- I seem to recall someone 
telling me about their idea for a 'fics where Kodachi goes to the 
Olympics.  Wanna step forward?

Kodachi's a difficult character to write as a main character; she's just 
too cuckoo.  It can be difficult to find a common ground with her...
