Well I'm not to sure what the "arare" means unless it's spelt wrong which 
could mean it could have said "That persons furikake" furikake is fish 
flakes that is usually sprinkled ontop of steamed rice to add flavour.  
Very popular with children in Japan.


Such a deal!  I only knew what the "arare" was -- they're a kind of rice 
cracker that taskes a little bit salty -- very good (IMHO) -- I'm used to 
"norimaki arare," which are wrapped in little strips of _nori_ -- MMMMMM!

So that makes arare no furikake *probably* these rice crackers sprinkled 
with fish flakes...
