First off, thanks go out first and foremost to Richard Lawson for
writing TOP and allowing me to write Building Bridges.  Thank you, Richard
Lawson.  Then thanks go out to all who responded to my fic.  Thank you all.

        Now, the point of this message :  The latest and last revision of
Building Bridges will follow after this message.  All parts 1 - 3.  No more
plot changes and all that.  

        To Skywise : Put this latest revision on your page.  

        To those who are confused : Read the following Building Bridges and
all will be made clear.  Particularly the scene with R&A in part 2 and the
last scene with Ranma and Kentaro in part 3.  

        Oh, and please read the author's notes in part 3 because I think I
have a VERY good point in there.
