Part of the reason that people like it is because it's from the Manga.
It is *very* well written (whether you want to admit it or not.)
I didn't start reading it because it was a really new idea (it wasn't a
new idea at the beginning, but it is now), but because it was written
with a great attention to detail. 

Id have to second this oppinion, I realy like how in depth you went 
in scene descriptions and charachter thoughts.  you brought the story 
to a whole difernt level, and so its not like just  seeing the same 
old begining.  however if you realy want criticism that badly I will 
do my best to tear into your next part.  so just keep writeing.
