No, what should fall out of the sky on Ranma is Chibi-Ranko, a
pink-pigtailed refugee on the run from the goons of the future who have
couped her mallet-wielding mother, the authoritarian queen of the world,
and replaced her with their own totalitarian rule.

Chibi would of course have a pet weather ballon "Rover-P" that she sics
on people that aren't pleasant to her.  (Which will usually be Ranma)

Chibi will find a rapt audience for the fascist ideology she was brought
up on in the Tendo sisters. (Each in their own way, but Kasumi seems the
most in tune with the concept... :-)
