Okay... This makes me angry. I think in the past few months I have
heard of a lot of friends computer systems crashing. Nothing had ever
bothered me, well, my point is, I finally got some kind of virus that
ended up desolating my hard drive and causing unrecoverable file
damage. I lost over 100 megs of stuff that I had downloaded from the
internet (this will take a long time to recover...) all of the fics i
was going to review, my archive of 'All time greatest' fics, and most
of all... SIX MONTHS WORTH OF WRITING... SCRAPPED.

I guess I'm lucky. Never having a computer of my own until now, I kept
the fanfics I was writing on disk. Then the box of disks I had them on
was stolen.

I'm lucky, since I could only lose about three megs' worth of stories,
not a hard drives' worth. Ouch.

That reminds me. I never did find the snippet of "Spyre" I wrote a long
while back, and posted. If anyone has a copy (Andy?), would you mind
sending it my way?

Oh yeah, and speaking of fanfic prodding, Blue Lightning is on
indefinite hold. I need to learn how to do characterization a LOT
better than I've been able to thus far. To that end, I'm working on a
Lupin III fanfic. Hopefully, both those who have as well as those who
haven't seen Lupin will be able to enjoy the fic, if this "practice"
pans out.... :P
