Well, this one is easy!

Ryoga and Akane suffer a car breakdown on the way to their honeymoon and
take shelter at Ranma's mansion.

Ranma is some sort of alien gendermorpher who does both of them in short
order.  He is assisted by Gos and Ukyou and has Akari as his guest with
the squeaky voice.

Tatewaki is the iced-over rock and roll star and his creature is...

Oh damn, ran out of matches.

Let's see, if the creature is Ryoga (great strength) then Akane's groom
must be Gos, which brings in one of Ukyou's ninjas to be her brother.

Oh, forget it.
