Subject: [INFO] Program to word wrap your text files. :)

Well, wouldn't you know it, a $199 word processing program can't even
put a carriage return into a text stream. I got tired of that, and so I just
finished building a program which takes a text file and word-wraps it at
any number of characters from 25 to 78 (defaulting at 72).

Currently, I just have it compiled for DOS, but if you want it for
something else, I can give you the code. I *THINK* it's ANSI compatible,
but didn't check.

The program is called txt_fmt.exe and is available from this location:

This includes the DOS/4GW file needed to run it, as well as a readme.txt
explaining it in better detail.
