What, divers have techniques to painlessly or otherwise kill
people? I never thought you could even *do* martial arts in those
neoprene suits and with tanks on your back, too. On the other hand,
if you filed those plastic flippers on the feet to have a *really
sharp edge*...

Har de har har. ^_^ I'll have you know that the _Webster's New
World College Dictionary_ defines the word "divers" as the
following: adj. 1)several; various 2)(Archaic) diverse.
Either definition will fit here. I *like* this word. I don't
want to change it, but since I've already been called on it
*twice* now... Ah well. Let me think about it. In the
meantime, for those of you who *don't* like this word, just stick an
"e" on the end and pretend it's "diverse." ^_^

I would support Krista on this. _The American Heritage
Dictionary (2nd College Edition)_ defines "divers" as: adj. Various;
sundry. "Diverse" is defined as: adj. 1)Distinct in kind; unlike.
2)Having variety in form; diversified. [Hey, I thought you weren't
supposed to use the word to define itself!]
Anyhow, she could use either one. BTW, the two words
are not pronounced the same. Actually, I'm not sure how you
pronounce "divers" since I never bothered learning how to use
the pronunciation key in my dictionary.

it as a spelling error/typo anymore)
