If you were stranded on a desert island, what 10 fanfics would
you take with you? A few rules: 1) No fanfic under 20 pages.
These have to *last*. 2) No series, unless it's one section
of said series. i.e you can choose Putting Your Heart in the
Right Place, but not Sailor Moon Z. But you can choose Part 6
of Sailor Moon Z.

Those rules exclude quite a few stories I'd like to take with me...
especially rule #2. I'd be tempted to paste several series and their
side-stories into big stories and take them with me (Bubblegum Zone,
Hopelessly Lost, Lesson in Love, Kimagure Orange College, Thy Inward Love,
and Undocumented Features would all get this treatment). But since I can't,
here are the 10 individual stories I'd take with me (in alphabetical order):

- Black Hunter, by Ping Lin (BGC)

- Crusade, by Glenn Hough (BGC) - At 600 pages, it's certainly long enough.

- Dance of Armor, by Innpchan (BGC)

- Experiment 101-E, by Larry Mann (Dirty Pair) - IMO, *the* Dirty Pair fic

- Facets of Love, by Richard Lawson (APCCGNN)

- The Four Horsemen, by Ken Wolfe (Sailor Moon)

- Grim Reality, by Richard Rae (Sailor Moon)

- Heart of the Home, by Richard Lawson (Ranma)

- Reality Check, by Richard Rae (Sailor Moon) - A well done mix of the
original and DIC realities

- Yearnings, by Innpchan (BGC)

If you're familiar with any of these stories, you'll see that I'm a sucker
for well written melodrama <g>
