As most of you may know, a couple of week ago, our beloved Taskmistress, 
Foxtrot, announced that she was hanging up her cattle prod for a while because
she no longer had time to prod the various authors into finishing their
stories and asked for people to volunteer to take her place.

I volunteered to do so.  However, there was one condition I wanted to set.  I 
don't have the time to do the entire job myself, so I'm willing to be one of
several Deputy Bastard Taskmasters From Hell, each of which would be co-equal
and Foxtrot would be our Chief in absentia.  So far I'm the only one to 
volunteer.  I'm now looking for more people to help.  The job requires tracking
down any authors you notice being slack in posting by e-mail, IRC, MUCKS, or
anyplace else you know they frequent <but not through the ML> and prodding them
into finishing their work.  Then you just inform anybody else on the team so
that no author is shocked into working too many times ^_^  This should not
take too much time if a number of us are doing it.  If you want to see 'fics
finished in a sometime this century <and the authors I'm referring to know who 
I'm talking about>, join up now and help that to happen.
