Hey, not all of the fanfics that are written have to be In 
character.  If they are OOC does that make the story bad.  No, It 
just makes it something RT wouldn't write.  I personally liked the 
part were Akane and Ranma were really close.  It was great, I wish 
RT would show some heart like that.  I think we all have gotten to 
a point where we think that if it is not an In Character story that 
it sucks.  But they don't (sometimes).
