To The Readers,


	Okay I've now written the first 3 installments in my series, and with the
extra long weekend because of AWA (vacations rule) I think it's time for
something like this. When I first heard about the FFML about a month ago I
was intrigued by it at once. Without much consideration for space or time I
joined on impulse....needless to say 143 messages that first day was a bit
of a shock......but with that came some great stories I would have never
seen....which got me to thinking: Why don't I write a FF? Now, I have no
formal training in writing of any kind, I type slow as hell, I get writer's
block more often than not, and to top it off writing is my worst subject in
school (it goes back to a deep rooted hatred for English I guess)  and
always will be. But I decided to give it a shot anyways.....so I wrote a 40
page draft in 5 days.....It sucked. Big time. So I yelled "Bah!" a few
times in public (garnering more than a few stares) and shredded that. I
sorta knew what kind of FF I wanted to write so I just plopped myself in
front of this here 'magic' box and typed....and typed.....and typed until I
produced something edible,er, passable, and posted it..... Needless to say
I was a little suprised people thought it was good (and still am). I
continued to add to the story as the ideas came to me, and here I am now. 

Why did I type this? I don't know, but something woke me up at 653am and
said "Do something!!" so I did......as for the story, many of you are
wondering why in the hell I would introduce an original character of my own
when things seem to be going on fine without him.....Well, he was THE
original idea for this FF.....the whole Ranma-Akane deal was supposed to be
secondary to him but I guess my mind had other ideas (lucky for me). At any
rate, as I am leaving for AWA and will not be writing any more chapters for
several dayz and this gives me a chance to think about what direction to
take this fic in (that's right, I don't pre-write, I just go with whatever
half-baked, cockameimy idea I have).....what do you think? I am ALWAYS
interested in C&C.

better for it, and I hope I can continue to write FF that people enjoy
