It is with a lot of happiness, and a bit of dissapointment, that
I've been reading the replies to my original post.

        While I did appreciate the c$c, and was amazed that people actually
liked my writing style <insert wild dancing, jumping, cavorting and cheering
here>, I feel pretty bummed that no one actually understood the story ~.~,.
I now think I should have posted a better prologue, to warn people they'd
have to do some serious thinking...

        However this is, I imagine, my fault more than yours: writing a
piece like this is very difficult, beacause *I* know what's going on, so
what I think are subtle, yet spottable clues are probably obscure, abstract
figments of my imagination...(otoh, as someone told me, with the amount of
spam flying around, maybe folks just aren't inclined to think seriously
about a conundrum like this, I hope so...^_^). However I had warned that you
had to look at the story in a new way, and I was sort of hoping someone
would ask themselves the right questions (This goes double  for anyone who
yelled 'OOC', and quintuple for Hitomi, who had the flagrant nerve to
correct me on the meaning of Giri ^_^), and figure it out.

        It was suggested that I write another story, to explain the first.
While I am a bit loath to do so (explaining a story is like dissecting a
frog...you know how it works, but it's not much fun...), and the story's
structure doesn't lend itself very well to such an endeavor, I'll give it a
try, and, if it turns out halfway decently, I'll post it for you. Note once
more that it is VERY probable that the real reason no one understood this
story is because I SIMPLY SCREWED UP, and didn't make myself clear enough (
I've always had trouble figuring out how others think ). It's also possible
I won't find a way to write a satisfactory story, so if I haven't posted
anything by the end of the week, anyone who wants 'the real story' can just
drop me a line and I'll send them an explanation (should anyone bother, of
course O.O). However, I would appreciate it if people would take a much
closer look at the fic first, remembering that this is *NOT* an Elseworld
fic starring a super-honorable Ranma...

        I would feel considerably cheered up if even one person were to
figure it out...consider it a challenge, or something...^_^
