The long awaited continuation of the Kimagure Orange College fanfic series,
KOC 24, is out.  The story features the return of Hikaru Hiyama.

You can find it (or will soon be able to find it) at the RAAC archive.  If
you *absolutely* have to have it now, I have it, via the KOR mailing list.
