PONYTAILED boy, before the curse.

Now go watch the first video and reread chapter 15 again. (Or his
flashbacks to his "boy school" fights with Ryoga)

Either Ranma's relationship with Ukyou was very special or she's just
somebody he met, who took the relationship to be much more than Ranma
intended.  Personally I think the relationship was special, (s)he is
still his/her "best friend" and the nicknames they used with each other
are not for others.

Personally, I'm tired of all these walk-on-cameos by "generic person",
if something is apparent, it's apparent to somebody in the concrete.
(Even if it's Ranma embedded in the concrete in the backyard.)

Also you missed an injoke.  Have Makoto strangely attracted to Shiko,
because she reminds her of Rei...
