There are so many different ways to convey the meaning of Lord, and Lady,
in Japanese that I wouldn't know where to start :)

First off, what 'kind' of Lord?  Boss? Feudal Lord?  If a feudal lord,
exactly what rank? position? etc.

You could also just tack on a -Sama or -Dono to their name in
some cases.
