I think the joke of Shampoo as a rocket scientist has been done already, though
I don't remember where. The only story that I can remember with Akane as
a bimbo was the Biles teaser that was called Any Color You Like It, and in
that each of the Tendo girls tried a different colored hair dye. Kasumi
became brilliant, Nabiki became a ditz, and Akane started acting like Shampoo!
BTW, Biles. We're still waiting for more of that one ^_-
