OK... I have had several messages from people about
parts 13 and 14, and they fall into 2 categories:

1. I love it
2. I hate it

WELL... there are a few things to be said about that.
I know a LOT of people feel REALLY strongly about
the Ryouga/Ukyou/Akari thing, but I really have to
say that this is just the way I see things, and if
you don't like it: TOOO BAD!!! bwhahahah

Seriously though, I just am not a raving Akari fan.
She is just too nice and sweet and just doesn't
have much of a personality in my opinion :/
I SINCERELY apologize to everyone who loves Akari,
and I have NOTHING against her, it's just that
I liked Ukyou better as a match for Ryouga. Also,
during the China stuff, Ukyou is going to end
up being a player, and Akari just wouldn't have
been tough enough to face the challenged in
the China section of the story.

Oh. There is going to be a focus on maritial arts
in the China section, and a lot less of a concentration
on relationships. I mean, after "Lost Causes" (which
I thought about calling "Tying up Loose Ends"),
everyone is basically paired up. The major aspect of
the rest of the story is curing our main characters.

Why did I have Ranma be so wishy washy in Part XIII?
Because he totally fell apart in the last manga when
his hands were frozen with Saffron's goo and he
thought that Akane was dead. He also tweaked out
when he thought she was dead after he returned her
to human size. If you haven't read the final Ranma
manga, then you probably don't know what I mean, and
I suggest that you go to the Ranma Universe page
and read the manga synopsis.

Lesse, why did I characterize Akari the way I did?
Well, because that was the way I read her in the
manga so sweetly sent to me by Zen, and I just
can't find myself that attracted to a character
that seemed made-to-order. She wasn't in the manga
enough to have a really concrete character, so
I just tried to figure out what her view of life
was. All apologies to those who see her differently.
In the end, it DID have to be one or the other.

Shampoo. I canned her early on because, well,
Shampoo is probably my LEAST favorite character in
the story, and she really has a very minimal part
later on. Sorry to all those raving Shampoo fans
out there.

Nabiki and Kuno. Yeah, so I went with the time
old tradition of matching these two together.
She needed someone.

Kasmui and Tofu. Ditto. Besides, Kasumi needs
to get her own life.

Maybe I will write side stories on Shampoo, Nabsie,
and Kasumi someday. I doubt it :/ tho.

As always, if you really don't like the way the
story is going, I apologize. Everyone sees the
Ranma universe in a different way. For those who
have told me they love the story, thanks, and
I hope you like the China part.

Some help I need:

Can anyone tell me what Ranma and Ryouga's
attacks are? I need to know the names in
Japanese and what they basically are.

Where is Ukyou from again? Kyshu? (sp?)

Oh, also, apologize on my Japanese in L in L...
I try, but I am still learning :)

hugs to EVERYONE who has read it and commented,
love always,
Marisa
