Well, I've been thinking of various ideas to put in this story, for
Kyone's continuing adventures.  Thank you again TerBril for coming up
with a good Machin for me.  This story will continue from where his last
story ended, where the Machin was asking me (or Kyone if you prefer) to
name it....

       Mokona and the four Knights gasped in awe at the sight of the
gigantic, empty Machin. It was still as large as the others, with an
amethyst on its chest. It was mostly purple, but the edges of its armor
were pure gold as well as its eyes. Similar to Rayearth's claw-shield,
the Machin
had a pair of wide, flat limbs sprouting from its shoulders, each of
these limbs ended in a sharp, crystalline spike, which was connected to
the metal by another circular gem. Also, instead of wings like Seres' >or Windom's, there was a pair of beams on its back. These were broad, >and vaguely resembled a bird's wings.
       Without a second wasted, the Machin stood up and entered this
new body. The entire creature shook as it took life of its own, the
wings of light flared and glowed strongly.
       "So, I finally have a Machin?" Kyone smirked.
       "MAGIC KNIGHT..." it spoke.
       "Yes?"
       "GIVE ME A NAME."
       "Eh?"
       "GIVE ME A NAME..."

	"You mean to tell me, that when your spirit, or whatever you call it
was created, not only was there no body made for it, but you weren't
given a name?"  I asked, a bit upset.
	"NO.  GIVE ME A NAME."
	"Alright, already."  I looked at the other knights.  "So, what do you
three think would be a good name for a Machin?"
	"Uh..""Well...""To tell you the truth..." came there non-commental
replies.
	"Not and idea?"
	"Well, it never was something we ever thought to talk about.  We never
expected to find another Machin," Fu replied.
	"Oh boy... Hey, Skuld, do you have any ideas?"  I turn to the young
goddess.
	"ZZZZZZZZZ," is her only answer.
	"I guess she fell asleep from the strain of building a Machin in  only
a few hours."   Hikaru turned toward me.  "It looks like your all on
your own for this one, Kyone-chan."
	I start willing myself to come up with an idea.  I even try hitting
myself on the head a few times.  Nothing works.  Then, suddenly, a
pattern emergise in my mind.  All this that's been occurring lately, its
like its strait out of a fantasy novel.  So what if I name it after
someone from one of those stories..."
	"Machin!"  I cry out.  "I name you Gil-Galad, in honor of the warior of
light, if only in cause but not in fact, who defeated the Dark Lord
Sauron!"
	"I ACCEPT THIS NAME!  IN HONOR OF YOUR DUTY, AND FOR MY NAME, I,
GIL-GALAD, ACCEPT THE DUTY AS YOUR MACHIN, TO DEFEND THIS WORLD FROM THE
EVILS IT FACES."
	"I, Kyone, accept your word, and I promise to uphold your vow, as long
as I live."  Fufilling my promise, I dismiss Gil-Galad.  I then promptly
colapse to my knees.  "This has been one exhausting day, I tell you."
	"You can say that again,"  Umi smiles.  "So, what do we do about
sleeping beauty over there?"
	"I don't know.  Mokona, can you send her back?"  Hikaru asks the white
rabit-creature.
	"Puu! Puu!"  it cries out as it shakes its head.
	"Well, I guess she'll have to stay with us for now.  Um, Fu, not to say
anything bad, but the dorm room IS getting a bit small, and I don't
think we can continue fooling the hall R.A.'s for much longer.  Did Nene
um...AQUIRE... enough money for us to get an appartment?"  I look
pleadingly into her eyes.
	"Yes, she left much more than enough...And your room IS a bit crouded,
now. But I have a supprise.  I had already thought of this, so I made a
deposit on an appartment that'll be ready today.  And our apartment is
right next door to your friend Lisa, Kyone."  Fu tells us. "We also have
plenty of room, so if this girl, Skuld, can't get home easily, she can
stay with us for a while."
	"We have an appartment?  Already?"  I asked, the shock seen clearly on
my face.  I looked around, and noticed Hikaru and Umi where shocked as
well.
	"Un!  I also hired some movers to move our stuff while we were gone.  I
was not expecting this battle, so it kinda spoiled the suprise."  Fu
smiled again.
	"Oh, I think you suprised us quite thuroughly, thank you very much!" 
Umi said, moch scorn apparent on her face.
	"I wanna see it!  Lets go!"  Hikaru shouted.  She then ran over to
Skuld.  "Could someone help me carry her?"
	"I'll help."  I walked over and picked up one shoulder while hikaru
took the other.  "'Lay on, MacDuff!'" I said, indicating to Fu to lead
the way.

	Twenty minutes later, we reached the appartment.  Lisa saw us when we
arived, and decided to take a look at our new apaartment.  It was BIG! 
(Especially to me.  I was used to living in a one room dorm.)  There
were three bedrooms, each with two single beds, a kitchen, and a living
room.  My TV was nowhere to be found, but instead there was a big
entertainment center.  The `frige was also filled with all sorts of
goodies I had never kept around before.
	"Sugoi!  Fu!  How big of a budget did Nene give you?"  I stared at Fu,
with shock and awe in my eyes.
	"You know how good she's with computers.  Once we convinced her to help
us, she took no second measures!"
	"That's for sure," I say, as I scan the place once more.  "What do you
think, Lisa?"
	"It's quite a nice place, Kyone.  Uhm, I wish I could stay longer, but
I have a class I need to go to.  I'll see you latter!"  Lisa exited the
appartment.
	Hikaru called out from the guest room.  "Hey, I think our little
helper's waking up!"
	Fu and I run from the living room, while Umi comes from one of the
other bed rooms.  Sure enough, Skuld is begining to stur.  She finally
lifts her head up and looks at us.  She finaly speaks.
	"I...need...ice-cream...."  She looks at us quite pitifully.
	"I'll get it," Umi says, walking to the kitchen.  She comes back with a
bucket of chocolate ice-cream, a bowl, and a spoon.  As soon as she
reaches Skuld's bed, Skuld snatches the ice-cream and the spoon, leaving
Umi with the bowl, and she begins to chow down.  A few minutes later, a
much happier looking Skuld smiles at us, leaving the empty container
beside the bed.
	"So you're the Magic Knights that have been on the news lately. I
didn't know you had mecha...sorry, Machin, as well."  Skuld looks at
us.  "Anyways, Hajimemasite Skuld-desu.  Doozo yorosiku."
	"Hajimemasite.  I'm Hikaru, this is Umi, this is Fu, and that's Kyone. 
So, how were you able to build that body so quick?"
	"Let's just say I have a few abilities..."  I wink at Skuld when she
says this.  Her eyes narrow, but she goes on.  "Anyways, I need to go
back home.  Onee-chan must be worried about me."
	She then pulls out some small transmitter from her pocket.  "If you
ever need my help, just press this button, and then boil some water.
Bye!"  She tosses me the transmiter and bolts from the room.  Before we
can catch her, she's gone.
	"Well, that was interesting,"  Umi says.  "If you don't mind, I'm going
to bed.  I guess we can room together, Fu."
	"Sounds good,"  Fu says.  They both go to their room.
	"Lets take this one, Kyone!"  Hikaru says, draging me to the third
bedroom.
	"Wait, don't you want a room of your own?"
	"Nope.  And I'm not going to give you a chance to sleep as a man in the
appartment.  It would lead to bad press for us.  Besides, we still need
you to right that story for us..."
	I groan, wondering if I'll ever have time of my own again...
