	Hi all,

I just thought I'd mention a few thoughts about the El Hazard OAV's, one
of the truly finest OAV series put out in a while. Specifically there's the
question of Ifurita(Is that the right spelling?), she is the greatest of the
Demon god weapons to be created during the ancient wars, however she was
mothballed sometime before the wars came to an end, why? I have a little
theory, if someone's already listed a more correct version I appologise.
OK. The demons were created during a period of wars which involved
ancient El Hazard. Basically the demons were weapons created through a mixture
of Bio and other technologies to be a perfect weapons platform: Mobile, compact,
powerful, but most importantly inteligent-this is what I see as the main reason
the demons were created instead of building the weapons systems and giving them
to soldiers which would have been cheaper. The demons greatest advantage was
that they could think, thus they could cary out orders, and make decisions when
unexpected situations arose. (Note for lemon writers, or just to explain why
Ifurita's so gorgous: the demons could have been created by some genius
combining advanced weapons technology with the most advanced technology that was
going into the creation of 'robotic sex dolls' assuming they were being made.
And since a great deal would remain the same, demons were probably made in
converted sex-doll factories, using many of the same materials and molds to save
money and time.)
There was one problem with them, however. Their inteligence's, like
their bodies were modeled after Human's. And as time passed, the people who
controlled the demons realised that they were developing humanity. Demons began
to feel remorse or pleasure over their actions. They started becoming clever
and manipulative about how they obeyed their orders. And a few were found to be
ploting the destruction of their masters so they could become free. Needless to
say, everyone panicked. A lot of demons were sumarialy destroyed. However the
leaders were not wastefull enough to just destroy something as potentially
useful as a demon. So a few of the most powerful demons which had not shown
signs of growing humanity were put into "Cold Storage" And the eye of god was
used before they could be reactivated to stop it, so they never awoke. Then the
civilisations fell, and in the chaos the demons resting places were forgoten by
all but a few.

	Well, is that theory acceptable?
